Yes. Upon request, we can provide label/packaging photos for the specific lot and a traceability summary, helping you verify key details and packaging condition before releasing the PO.
Are you an authorized Samtec distributor? If not, how do you source Samtec parts?
We are not an authorized Samtec distributor or agent. Richmon is an independent distributor, and Samtec connectors are supplied directly from Samtec (the manufacturer).

We perform incoming inspection and can provide label/packaging photos and traceability verification materials upon request to support audit and confirmation.

Typical lead time is 3–5 weeks, depending on part number and quantity. After order confirmation, we provide a lead-time update within 7 business days and send updates at key checkpoints.
